Christmas is coming soon!

So last week we did our yearly tradition of taking Cailyn to visit Santa Claus!

She has always enjoyed going to visit with him but this year was even more special because she was able to write her own letter to him (with the prompting of which letters to write from me)! Can you read what she asked for?

Carrying on the Schrump tradition, Cailyn has her own little tree to decorate any way she wants! She uses a combination of John's and my old ornaments along with her own, although she has so many of her own now, I believe next year she won't need ours anymore!

Being the independant three year old that she is, Cailyn really enjoyed decorating her tree all by herself this year!

Then, of course she had to help with the big family tree by putting the star at the very top!

We have a lot of excitement going on next week, between John's family arrival on Saturday, Baby Sissy's arrival on Monday, my sister and her family's arrival on Christmas Eve, and the oh so popular Jolly Old St. Nick's arrival......I don't know which one Cailyn is more exited about!
